Kitsune Lucky Fox, Japanese Ceramic Fox from Fushimi Inari Shrine

The kitsune is made from ceramic and is available in three colors: white, blue, and pink.
Kitsune, or the sacred fox, is believed to protect from danger and evil. While also bringing good fortune and prosperity.

Height: 5.5 cm (roughly 2″).

✅ In Shinto belief, foxes (kitsune) are messengers of Inari, the deity of fertility, prosperity, and rice.
This belief gives foxes a supernatural role, associated with blessings of abundance.
At Fushimi Inari Shrine in Kyoto, fox statues are placed at the entrances, acting as guardians. Some statues hold items resembling scrolls, symbolizing their role as messengers between humans and the gods, while others carry ears of rice, representing prosperity.
It is also believed that the more tails a fox has, the wiser and more powerful it is.
This reverence often elevates kitsune to the status of deities themselves.
